Your role is crucial in building lasting relationships, as you are the face they see every time they invest in their vehicle.Service Advisors guide our guests through the entire repair process, keeping them informed about the status of their vehicles and ensuring their satisfaction before they leave our facility.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Greet every guest who enters the facility with genuine hospitality and respectDeliver exceptional phone performance by connecting with guests, confidently communicating the value of recommended services, and maximizing opportunities to capture and schedule businessClearly present the best solution for properly repairing each guest’s vehicle in a way that is easy to understandConsistently recommend and sell services with confidence while maintaining honesty and integrityDirect, coordinate, and actively participate in guest service activities throughout the repair processManage the store’s workflow effectively and efficiently to ensure an exceptional guest experienceEnsure all approved repairs are performed to proper specifications and quality standardsProvide shuttle service to guests as needed in a CBA-branded vehicleMaintain a positive attitude and contribute to a strong, team-oriented atmosphereCollaborate with team members and assist others as neededPerform additional duties as assigned
